Oh, no.  Too much trouble.  Much easier, and a lot less messy,
to simply take the screwdriver and use it to uscrew the screws
holding the license plate to the car.  Then re-attach the same
license plate to the car you want to drive away with.  See how
that works?  No paperwork needed, or the need for any proof of
insurance.
