The problem is this...   You do not have the correct revision ROM image 
already loaded, and when you attempt to flash a new image in, its failing...
It does a checksum, and then cancels the transfer.
First obtain 12014412.lha from the Supra BBS...
In it you will find two ROM images, flash the upgd1200.sb7, and then the 
sup1201.sb7, then you will find that the latest v1.440-22 image will transfer 
fine.
