Thats the way I learn'd 3.11..  The hard way..  :}
I've just finish'd the cert classes..  Got my CNA cert, working on the CNE 
cert now..  One of the handiest util's I learn'd about was Lanalyzer..  Its 
got to be one of the best performance tuning tools..  If there's any better, 
I'm sure someone will correct me..  :}
You would use it to 'base line' your system, then as you made changes, you 
could use it to compare results to the base line to see if it help'd..
