That question is irrelevant. Whether or not the current warming phase is
human-caused or normal cyclical temperature variation is of no import to
the people who will be affected by the results.
The question is whether we are going to be able to adapt to the change, or
even think about what adapting might mean. The debate over causes and
normal/abnormal temp change obscure the real issue.
