I'm not too concerned about the actual cause of the warming. Any natural
component of it is beyond our ability to control. Any man-made contribution
is going to continue, because we're too short-sighted and greedy as a race
to do anything effective about it.

So, I'm taking warming as a given. What I am concerned about is the effect
of the warming in the short (20) to medium (100) year term. I'm concerned
about my own well-being and that of my children. I want to know what
conditions I, and my children after me, will have to live in.
