I'm not sure what you're trying to prove with your links John, the fact
remains that we went to war based on what we knew at the time. If you're
proposing that we should always hunker down in fancy cold war era bomb
shelters (and I've been in a couple, pretty cool, if useless in the end run
for their stated purpose) and wait for the enemy to hit us first, that's
fine, you're entitled to that opinion.
