I have a small problem with some generally... "uncool"
neighbors.  I had a party the other day and I was driving the speakers
generally loud.. and they made me keep lowering it to a faint amount.
After that, they called the cops.  At least I know I had a good party
because the cops showed! ;)
        Anyhow, I plan to have another party, but I want to save the
neighbors.... or should I say save myself.  This morning I can across
a low-cost idea for the problem..
        The right speaker was probably the one they heard the most of...
it was closest to the house.  The left was facing it the most but was
farther away.  Neither of the speakers directly faced their house.  I
have some concrete cinder blocks that and I hear concrete makes a good
audio insulator.  I plan on digging a trench on the two side of the
right speaker and fill the with cinder blocks.. and then build up on
that.  The question is... is it worth the bother?  I don't know if this
is going to work.  If it does... I'll do it.. I don't care if it's hard
work!  If cinder blocks aren't enough... I also have an old table and
chair cushions (you see I'm not paying much for a temporary thing). ;)
        At any rate... anybody know any good sights for techno/rave MOD
files?
