(CanStage in Toronto put on a one-man piece a year ago titled "Letters
to Lehrer" describing the attempts to put on a production of some of
his music based on, natch, the letters between the writer and Lehrer.
"Elements" made it into the final production and got a prolonged
burst of applause at the end!)
