The fact that an apple and an orange are not identical isn't the point, the
point is finding solutions is a procedure that is the same for all sorts of
different problems. IOW you can't repair a system you don't understand, and
it's pretty clear even the best scientists don't understand global weather
systems, if they did then all those cat 4&5 hurricanes we were supposed
to have this past summer would have made the news.
