My fault, Jasen I was being lazy. Besides I had a monstrous headache
that day and wasn't thinking too straight. There are a couple of ways to do
biggies in Dos - one is effectively a chain and the other is effectively
overlays. Copy/b can concatenate binary files, too.

Yes, indeed. I have the details now if anybody wants them, but it's
pure MS-Dos so I guess it has fallen off the edge of the domain for this
echo.
