No heat either if it's the LHR Hilton. I've stayed there several times en
route to somewhere else, and every time the in room heat doesn't seem work.
By the time this is apparent it's so late that sleeping in the cold is more
appealing than waiting up for maintenance to arrive (like they work the
graveyard shift anyways?!)

You'd think I'd learn ... next time I'll ask for extra blankets at check-in.
