Amen. I could not have said it any better, nor would I have even tried. I 
believe that the NRA is taking a firmer stand on gun issues, but I cannot 
help but wonder if they are firming up enough for me.
I remember when I was a child. My father explained why the government 
couldn't take our guns away from us. "It's in the Constitution. The right 
to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.", he said. He couldn't answer 
when I asked him why then could we not have a machine gun.
