I have a small problem with FastEcho that has made me move over to Gecho... 
BUT..  Gecho is not Y2k, so it screws up my dates..  at least I get the
echomail tho...  problem is this...

When I use 'FASTECHO SCAN' it scans my board fine, gets all the messages, and
puts them in a packet, which ARGUS then sees, and delivers..  all well and
good...  but when 'FASTECHO TOSS' is used on the other end, all the messages
imported to the BBS are marked private...  and only the sysop, or priveleged
users can view them...  

Anyone know why this is happening?
