Probably both. Depends on what species you are. When a system changes there
are always winners & losers.
The majority will as ever be losers.
The main thing now is to start planning for it as it's way past the point
of no return now.
Start looking at maps & reckoning on sea level + 10-30 ft as being the
coastline (& that includes river estuaries & basins backing up).
Start working out where 150 million odd bangladeshi etc are going to go
(Texas???) etc.
