Hey Charles, I overheard you saying to Telemate regarding: PROBLEMS WITH
TELEMATE
CR> I would be very happy to send the fee for registration of your

CR> cannot connect with the BBs locally at all, all I get is random machine
CR> language. At others times I do connect only to get cut off and flooded
CR> with random machine language. I can access the on line services with
CR> no problems or interruptions without using Telemate. My equipment has
CR> been checked out, the phone company has checked out my line, do you
CR> have any other suggestions as to what I might do to get things working
CR> properly? Any help would be appreciated.Thankyou.
OK, ensure that you aare using ANSI as your terminal emulator, if you want to
connect at 14.4, then set terminal at 38400 baud. If you want to connect at
28.8, then set terminal to a higher speed.
Also, if you have a mouse, ensure the program is using the correct comm port.
