Lyle -- I had plain old windows on my old 386 -- used a very simple 8
line script for my bbs -- only had to get the program up and I had my
download unassisted -- I have a new Pentium with 95 Windows -- A friend
brought over his QMP script to do uploads, downloads and shut off -- It
just would not work on my new Gateway -- yet it works on his??  Will try
one more time then I will call MSI.  Do you have a script?  I think
sometimes the simpler they are the better they run.
LT>Moved up QMPWin95 and just couldn't get it loaded. Had to call MSI
tech. Had LT>this idea that a pgm was blocking the install. Techs
confirmed it.  Norton's LT>NAV.
LT>But it is now up and running. I now get the joy of re-typing ALL my
BBS numbers over as well as my script files. Oh JOY!
If you have any words of wisdom for an old 79 year old woman I sure
