I don't recall them "knowing" the intel was wrong, as it turns
out they, allegedly, had a considerable cash flow going on via the
oil-for-food program. It is us that should be pissed at them, but pissed or
not, them of us or us of them, that doesn't make it any less important for
them to address global terrorism (and they are all working with us behind
the scenes, it's just politically advantageous, to date, for them to act
pissed in public.
