How many did we kill in 1990? 100,000? Did they forget and if not then what
did 2003 change? If they did forget and 2003 renewed old feelings, then
they'll forget again in less than 13 years.

I agree with your sentiment, but that line of reasoning, the logic, doesn't
work for me.
