subject: USR trial string

Hello Dave,

Try adding this to either your init or dial string or whatever as long as
it doesn't get overwritten before dialing:

S39=9 S56=2

I have found it upped transmit levels between USRs (well, at least send
from me) to -11dB, and gives some wonderfully asymmetrical connects because
the other end isn't implementing it, such as 21.6k to me, and 31.2k me
sending. It might just be loud enough to up some connects, but seemingly
unique to another USR.

Cheers,
Poe
