This is interesting to use, but unless they can use our DNA, I still
can't see why that would be of any use to any other species.  I think.

Well, this is worth noting.  One result of the 'Net and of cable TV is that
there is less energy being blasted out in space -- it's now directed -- so
that, to "them," suddenly Earth became less electronically noisy.
But I see no evidence that tribal tendencies have been decreased.
 KK> 4)  We are beginning to use Nanotechnology. We have yet to produce an
 KK> assembler but we're trying.
This is fun.
 KK> 5)  We're using Neural Networks to solve some our problems, but it's
 KK> only resident in a few of our computers.  We have to change our
 KK> computers, per se, to reflect Neural Network philosophies. Enter

True.  But as far as I'm concerned, the jury is out on ACC.  
They'd have to be visiting us on a regular basis for most of this to
be known to them.
