subject: addr problem

Greetings all............:-)
I have a bit of a weird problem here..............intermittently netstat -a
shows the following output:
addr 127.0.0.1 interface 0 mask ff000000 broadcast
.0.0.0
addr 207.107.185.33 interface 10 mask ffffff00 broadcast
207.107.185.252
addr 207.107.185.33 interface 10 mask ffffff00 broadcast
207.107.185.252
Usually only the first two lines are shown.
When this condition is present, I can make a good connection to my ISP and
retreive my email but my web browser (NS) and FTP clients will not make any
connections to URLs that I call up. The only way I have found to clear this
bug is by doing a soft reboot.
Any suggestions on what might be causing this problem and how to go about
rectifying it would be most appreciated.........thanks! :-)
