Hi, All:
It appears I spoke too soon.  Through the miracle of telnet, and due to
the fact that my favorite Fidonet BBS has logons via telnet at
stage.lionsgate.com, I am able to log on and download/upload QWK packets
while surfing the Internet.
What this means is that I will not be giving up posting here after all,
since it is all seamless under Windows during my SL/IP session.
I'm here to stay, it seems, without breaking my word to my wife.  (I
told her I wasn't going to call BBS's anymore, just use the Net.)
