KS>PM>KS>Just installed the new -22 beta on my SupraSonic, it is
KS>PM>KS>impressive. Especially like the RX and TX, min/max speed
KS>PM>KS>listing in %q1. The fact that these values and EQM, RX, TX
KS>PM>KS>levels are retained after logoff it especially valuable. I did
KS>PM>KS>find one thing that probably needs correcting. ATI9 still
KS>PM>KS>reported it as the -18 version. I don't use PnP or Win95 but I
KS>PM>KS>suspect the correct version may needed for those that do. The
KS>PM>initial display DOES report the -22 version. Many text
KS>PM> errors exist in that rev. but a "text corrected" version
KS>PM>is being made. -Patrick Moore

KS>OK, thanks for the info. I was just concerned that PnP might read
KS>ati9 and use it somehow. Hmmmm, this is the first text error I have
KS>noticed since I started using beta upgrades. BTW, my modem came with
KS>-10 firmware. I have never seen any message with this version or any
KS>list of it for download. What is the story on -10?
-10 was a BETA for the most part, but I wouldn't run it.
Try the -22 code.

Yes, I am using the -22 beta since 9/18. It works very well except for one
thing. My SupraSonic display is configured to show ALL connection data but
when I use it on my PPP Internet account all I see is the first screen and
just the RX speed, TX speed is blank. Is this the way it works with PPP or
do I have to reconfigure something? On a non Internet connection to a BBS
the display alternates data screens as it is supposed to.
