What I believe has some bearing on the functionality of Opus in the future, 
in just the same way as what I believe has already played some part in the 
functionality of Opus to date.  
As to what I believe: 
(1) Be lawful.  
(2) Be friendly.  
(3) Be socially responsible.  
And, of course, what it says on my WOC membership card about trust.
