Yeah.  We've been watching that develop up here in the Great White North
with interest.  Seeems we're letting you guys down there work out all the
bugs before attempting it ourselves.  Interesting.

It's called payola up here, although the gov't prefers the term "make
work project".  This way they can pad the numbers when official
unemployement numbers are released.  It supposedly makes them look good.  I
dunno.  They look the same to me.
