Does anyone know of a way (it will probably have to be internal) to have
TSE report which keys are bound to which functions?  
It would be very helpful to have a function that can look at some kind of
symbol table and see that my Shift-9 is bound to mCommentBlock().
If not, please add it to the 1000 other suggestions for a new version
(AFTER syntax hilite!) :)
