I had a female Siamese who liked TV (occasionally). That is, if she saw a 
small bright figure moving over a dark background, she'd try to paw it on the 
screen.
  Cats seem to appreciate the color red. Another Siamese of mine once found a 
ball of red yarn & chased it around table legs & down the stairs until there 
was no ball left. After I rolled it up & gave it to my wife, she caarefully 
stuck it deep in a cardbord box. But the cat was watching, & a few days later 
she tried to dig it out of the box (not allowed).
