Ah, 4DOS is also in the wrong... it should use a function in int 2f... int
0
- 7f (skiping the obvious) should be used only if they are detected blank...
PKT drivers and network drivers have always used 60-61 in this fashion...
Other programs should not use those int's without checking them to see if
they're blank.
If a program wants to detect if its already installed, it should use int 15
