Don't have a link but it was reported in main stream media quite a while
back about the period of time when there was concern if Musharaff would
survive or be overthrown by Islamic terrorists what would happen with
Pakistani nukes, and it was written that there were already plans in place
to secure the Pakistani nuke sites so that the nukes would never fall into
the hands of the Islamic fundamentalists.
