Hi Dan,

DL> On the most part they are, but the zebras have a greater tendency
DL> to fin nip then the other danios, a nip can

Yup. Agree completely. The others, even the giant, seen to be quite peaceful.

DL> You got the years on me ;-) only about 22 here, and I agree

A begginer huh!!! ;-)

DL> I once got tired of one zebra which was a bad nipper,
DL> and so moved it in with a Jack Dempsey ;-)))))))

A friend of mine had a huge, (and I mean HUGE), Frontosa. He fed it all kinds
of things, but a few feeder fish he put in with it seemed to be able to out
manouver the brute and hide in the rocks. Last time I was there, they were
still there. Must have been there for about six months now.

DL> Sometimes I wonder about some of the writers
DL> of some tropical fish books.

Me too. Sometimes you read the most ridiculous stuff. One wonders if they
have ever kept some of the species they are writing about, or merely
recycling the rubbish they read in another book!

All the best,

Adrian...
