Ok, ok, I can believe it.  It just kinda seems to me that all the hoopla to 
get photovoltaic cells from say 10 % to 13% efficiency (or more like 13  to 
17%)  is a bit harder than just dealing with 30% losses.
Another case of where the demand would have to increase before a product 
becomes available.  (DC air conditioner tied to photovoltaic cells).  Inertia 
to what we already have is a hard thing to overcome.
