The gist of the message was "yes, but :" that there are two versions, one of which you wouldn't want because no DC, the other of which has crypto stuff in it which I have decided for contract reasons not to release to anyone else (the bottom line is that I was offered double my quoted price if I agreed not to re-use the code or resell it myself). So there is no version which is available to the general public. I then went on to suggest that you could try copying the ROM from any Australian-localized Rockwell modem of the same type (internal or external) and with the same datapump, as this would do just as well.
