The "legal" bit rates for the UART are anything
that'll go *evenly* into 115200.

There's a register inside the UART that has to be
loaded (by drivers) with the "baud rate divisor".

The rate is determined by dividing 115200 (the
default "clock rate" of the UART by this divisor.

So a divisor of 1 gives 115,200 bps
2 gives 57600
3 gives 38400
4 gives 28800
5 gives 23040

etc.

But most programs only support a few of them. 28800
is not one of those. It tends to go:

300
1200
2400
4800
9600
19200
38400
57600
115200
