I have written the following little command file to execute a reprocessing
of inbound mail:

When I run it from the function key or the command line, however, I get the
following error which goes into a loop.  Can anyone tell me why?  There is
no reason for the program to call my BBSBATCH.CMD at this time, and there
is only one reference to BBSBATCH.CMD in my entire BINK.CMD file.
