I don't mean to disrupt the flow of this discussion, but why,
John, do you insist on a CNS? I can readily see how those
other requirements fit into your intentions for "design",
in fact, I used them myself for the related idea of "strict
teleology". But I am at a loss as to how the CNS fits into
your system. Is it the C or the N that is crucial, or some
synergism between them?
