I thought it was a good idea.  It isn't real complicated and it would be easy 
to keep up with division leaders.  
  And as an after thought.  I think the whole deal with this is to make 
friends.  So don't be so defensive.  Everyone here is nice and they deserve 
people who are nice to them.  Sorry if I've offended you.  But it was a good 
idea. And what you said was confusing.  And you need to use commas.
