You will have to give me a little more of an example, here...  There are 
cases where you can use some SAL code to get an affect similar to TSE Jr.'s 
pause command, but there are some cases where you won't be able to.  Here's 
a little snippit of SAL code you can use in a macro to get a pause affect:
