All I have so far follows:
Girl born in 1968 or '69 to Deborah Marie Glover.  Location unknown,
but probably in the midwest or California, it seems.
The story is unclear: the mother died in '75, having told the birth
father (who never saw the child) that the infant (1) died, (2) was
kidnapped (3) was adopted; another version is that Ms. Glover was
never pregnant.
The mother is reported to have said that the little girl had blonde
hair and one green eye and one blue eye.
Any ideas?
... You cannot produce a baby in one month by impregnating nine women!
