The cartridge itself should have a brand name and number on it (which could
be anything) if you just want to replace the stylus. If the whole cartridge
mounts with 2 screws, one on either side, any good cartridge will work to
replace the whole shebang (and in fact, considering the price of the average
stylus is 75-80% the price of a whole cartridge, I usually replace the
whole thing. In fact, for my old Garrards, I keep a couple spare cartridge
carriers with cartridge already mounted just to slip in place in an
emergency (I used to use a pair of them for DJ work, and it's easy for
some drunk to stumble against the table and shear the diamond right off!)
