Certainly you can.  You are free to assert any incorrect fact or statement
you so wish.  Gore went to court first under the names of other people, so
his name wasn't listed as the plaintiff.  Should be easy to look up however
the lawsuits filed in Florida courts regarding the election/voting in
Florida after 11/1/00.  They will be in the names of various Democrat party
lawyers, the local democratic county organization, perhaps the state
democratic party, etc.  They were still suits by Gore just carried out
under another name, so that those citizens not paying attention might be
fooled into thinking it wasn't Gore going to court.  It was.  He did.
