Hey, you know what? Every Rockwell modem (except those from manufacturers
who got a little carried away hacking the firmware) manufactured in about
the last four years, ie all the 144DPi (non-upgradable) and better chipset
modems, also have caller ID.

So, while you can upgrade the hardware yourself, we don't need to.

Still, your method is clearly better!!!
