There was an announcement for a vote in this echo, the vote decided we wanted
a moderator (something like 13 yes 1 no) and then there was a vote for the
moderator. If you didn't get the notices that is your problem as they were 
there and as much time as possible was given (it was limited though because
there was a deadline).
