Sean,

I didn't know of any limitation of MM49 DOS in a CMD prompt
on a XP box.

Usually the Main Problem here is a PEBKAC Error -
"Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair".

Alan wrote a comment about MM some time ago saying
something about the WINDOWS version had a problem
that the DOS did have, IIRC.

I grabbed both DOS and WIN versions of MM49 back in February
but haven't had the urge to try out the WIN version.

I will take a look inside the mm049win.zip file with SHEZ
to read about how to set it up to my liking as I have done
with MM 0.49 DOS .
