i beg to disagree... when i give someone an old machine that i've had, i
always reload it from the original hidden partition... i also leave that
partition there for them in case they want to reload it at some point in
the future...

when i get machines from others, i also expect that original reload
partition to be in place so that i can load the machine back to factory
defaults... in this way, i can experiance the same that that anyone
experiances when they first start a brand new machine...
