Sorry but you are incorrect.  MSDOS 7.0 runs under Win95.  By going to one of 
the hidden sytem files MSDOS.SYS and changing the line 
BootGui=1 
to 
BootGui=0
Save the change and you now will boot to DOS only (Type WIN to load WIN95)
