Do any other Canadian users have problems with loans and mortgages not 
working out to the right interest/principle figures every payment.  I have to 
manuelly change every payment because it does not figure the right amount.  
The mortgage is aleast $3.00 per payment off what it should be.  Any help or 
others comments would be appreciated.
