A few months back I was reading some deal where they want a new building in
NY, presumably we'll build it and lease it to them for a penny a year or
some sweetheart deal like that.

Here's hoping your excellent idea of moving them out lock, stock and barrel
to France gains popularity before they break ground on that new building. I
think a nice campus like compound out the fields of France surrounded by
forests stocked with truffles would suit them to a tee.
