I got rid of all my easy call facilities when tel$tra started
charging for local call diversions, but when I did have it I
used the following:

ModemDialStrg ATDT#43#!!,
ModemHangStrg ~~~+++~~~ATH0^M~~~ATDT*43#!!!H0^M

(these are from an old TE2.INI file but I think they are
the ones I used)
