I found that the input field to mbfile isn't log enough to take all the input 
i was giving it. If i made the description shorter the file got added to the 
file base.

Here's my etc/fareas.data file perms.

-rw-r-----  1 mbse  bbs  - 30608 Jun  3 21:57 fareas.data

 MB> Also make sure you do this kind of maintenance as the mbse user.
