Hi Keith,

    I got the answer, why sometime you got balnk line.

    I read through the code you give me, the problem coming from
    the variable 'oc'.

    While you read the file, when it reach to the end of the file
    say line 10. then you will inc(oc) as normal. So  oc := 11.

    Then you generate a random number Random(oc)+1.
    If the Random number is 11 then + 1. So it become 12. In your program
    nothing define if the random line is 12. So it becom blank line.
